Yes, we are a VAT registered business and happy to share our details with you so you can claim your VAT back. When you place an order with Leaf Education your email confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered email address. Our VAT number is clearly shown within this email.

Our web-to-print system accepts most file types when uploading your logos and images. We highly recommend a 300dpi high resolution JPEG, PNG or PDF for the best results. Our proofing system is live, so you are able to approve what you see, once you have finished. Get in touch if you have any problems or questions.

The system is designed to work on templates already, so when you build your design it is pre-populated. If you want a specific design for your printed items, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to discuss your exact requirements to ensure the final result is perfect!

Yes, our online system not only changes as you select and upload, but also has a proofing feature so you can download your design to help you check your proofs in greater depth. Feel free to drop us a line if you have any issues and ask our customer service team any questions you may have before you send your job into production.

VAT is applicable on some items, once you click ‘Add To Basket’ you will see if VAT has been added to your order.

Absolutely! Our system is designed on pre-designed layouts to make your life easier, however, we also offer a full design service where we can take your ideas and make them into something special. You are in control every step of the way, and we only go ahead with production once you are 100% happy! If you want this service, please get in touch!

We can print on almost anything, and we’re very proud to say that! We offer a huge print service and can accommodate any requirement. From a business card through to case-bound books and folders, all the way through to…. believe it or not… printing on any material upto 50mm in depth, whether it be glass, steel, wood or any material. Again, this is a bespoke service so please let us know what your requirements are, and we will be more than happy to help you!

Again, we can more than meet any of your requirements, whether it’s a quantity of 10 through to 10 million. We have no limitation how much we can print, as we have the equipment and capability on-site to print any quantity. If you have a specific requirement for a large quantity or order size, that isn’t in the drop-down menu, get in touch and we’ll always get you the best price.

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY for a limited time only! No matter how big or how many items you order, we will ship your items out totally free of charge, whether it’s an envelope or a pallet, to help keep you within budget and lower your costs.

When ordering larger quantities, you will receive your items in double walled recyclable boxes. If the number of boxes exceeds 10-12 then we will ship these to you on a pallet. Again, whether it’s boxes or pallets, you’ll pay nothing for delivery as we currently offer free delivery!

Every order is shipped in either double walled recyclable boxes, tubes or padded envelopes. If it’s on a pallet then they will also be wrapped for greater protection. We always use respected and renowned delivery companies and couriers such as DHL. Whilst we can’t guarantee that damage won’t occur, we always pack your items as securely as possible to minimise such risks. Should they arrive damaged then please get in touch and we will work with you to get these issues resolved straight away.

We aim to have your order completed and despatched within five working days and sent to you on a next day tracked delivery service once produced. If you order a large quantity, this sometimes may take a little longer, but rest assured we will keep you updated every step of the way!

Absolutely! We have designed our system to allow you to add multiple addresses for delivery by one procurement team, with your orders sent to numerous addresses. Alternatively, you can set up each school individually with their own personal account allowing complete flexibility for your team or organisation.

The website is designed for online orders however, we are more than happy to discuss personal requirements, quantities and discounts for larger orders. This is something that we do on a regular basis so this won’t be a problem at all. We are setup to print one copy or 1 million, and are uniquely positioned to accommodate every requirement, we don’t like to say no!

To ensure the quality of your print is perfect, we suggest you have a logo that is high resolution between 250-300dpi and smooth on screen to the eye, when you zoom in. The better it is, will result in improved print quality! File types should ideally be a pdf, Jpg or png. If there’s an issue uploading then feel free to get in touch!
